This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Scotland’s leading independent funders at a pivotal time. The Robertson Trust is seeking a full-time Programmes & Practice Officer on a five-month interim basis to support the delivery of its mission to prevent and reduce poverty and trauma across Scotland. Working closely with the Programmes & Practice Manager and wider team, you will help develop and deliver programmes, build relationships with funded organisations and key stakeholders, contribute to influencing and social change initiatives, and strengthen the Trust’s understanding of the issues affecting communities across Scotland.
We are looking for candidates with experience in fields related to poverty, trauma, social justice or community development, together with a strong understanding of Scotland’s third sector landscape. Experience of grant-making, programme management, policy development or influencing work is essential. You will have a track record of developing and delivering programmes or projects that achieve measurable outcomes, building productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and managing competing priorities with confidence and attention to detail.
