About Women’s Fund for Scotland:

Women’s Fund for Scotland is the only national fund dedicated exclusively to supporting women’s and girls’ organisations across Scotland. Through grant-making, advocacy, and partnership working, the Fund invests in grassroots organisations supporting those most likely to be overlooked and underfunded, helping to create lasting change and advance gender equality.

Driven by a vision of a fairer Scotland for all women and girls, the organisation works to strengthen communities, amplify voices, and ensure resources reach where they are needed most. As the organisation continues to grow its impact and reach, fundraising plays an increasingly important role in supporting its ambitions.

In 2025, Women’s Fund for Scotland launched Feisty Gals, a bold and accessible fundraising movement designed to inspire supporters, build a vibrant community, and generate sustainable income to support women and girls across the country. As they begin to grow their fundraising income, they are seeking a motivated and organised Feisty Fundraising Officer to support the delivery of the new fundraising strategy.

The Role of Fundraising Officer:

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Fundraising Officer will support the delivery of the Feisty Gals fundraising strategy, helping to grow income and strengthen supporter engagement across Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage of their fundraising career to gain hands-on experience across a range of income streams within a supportive, values-led organisation. Working closely with the Executive Director, you will contribute to individual giving, community fundraising, events, donor stewardship, campaigns, and supporter communications.

You will help deliver fundraising activities, maintain accurate donor records, support communications and Gift Aid administration, and assist with fundraising events and campaigns. Acting as a key contact for supporters and community fundraisers, you will help build positive relationships while supporting the development of fundraising resources and promotional materials.

The role will also involve supporting fundraising campaigns under the Feisty Gals brand, contributing to digital communications, maintaining fundraising records, monitoring progress against targets, and providing general administrative support to the fundraising function.

We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in fundraising, marketing, administration, events, communications, or a related field, whether gained through employment, volunteering, or education. You will have strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to the mission and values of Women’s Fund for Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation with a clear social purpose, develop your fundraising career, and help build sustainable support for women and girls across Scotland.
