Position: Corporate Partnerships Lead

Location: Leuchie House, North Berwick, EH39 5NT (Hybrid)

Reports to: Head of Fundraising

Salary: £40,000

Contract Type: Full Time / 35 Hours

 

Leuchie is seeking a skilled and ambitious Corporate Partnerships Lead to drive high-value corporate partnerships, develop innovative campaigns, and generate sustainable income to support our mission of delivering exceptional care to individuals with neurological conditions and their families. This senior, strategic, and results-driven role is central to Leuchie’s fundraising and organisational growth.

As they continue to grow, Leuchie are now seeking a Corporate Partnerships Lead who can combine strategic vision with practical delivery skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners across Scotland and the UK. What will you do as Corporate Partnerships Lead?

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Leuchie’s corporate partnerships strategy. You will identify, cultivate, and secure new high-value partnerships while managing and growing existing relationships. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that partnership activity aligns with Leuchie’s wider fundraising and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Partnerships Strategy: Lead the creation, development, and delivery of a corporate partnerships strategy, integrating with wider income generation objectives, setting ambitious income targets, and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective partners.

Partnership Development and Acquisition: Identify, pitch to, and secure new high-value corporate partners through innovative and tailored proposals, managing a pipeline of strategic opportunities.

Partnership Stewardship and Growth: Maintain and deepen existing partnerships, ensuring long-term engagement, loyalty, and growth. Act as the primary contact for corporate partners and oversee stewardship activities, including events and recognition programmes.

Campaigns and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop joint campaigns, co-branded communications, and engagement initiatives that amplify partner support.

Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work across teams to align partnership activity with other fundraising streams, supporting organisational goals while delivering projects independently.

Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, analyse performance data, and report on income and partnership impact to senior leadership.

 

What does Leuchie need from you?

Experience:

• Proven background in corporate fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development, securing high-value partnerships.

• Strong understanding of the voluntary/charity sector and how corporate partnerships can deliver mutual value.

• Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, and delivering successful partnership campaigns.

• Competence in managing projects, multiple priorities, and working independently and collaboratively.

• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience. (Desirable)

• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders, decision-makers, and diverse stakeholders.

• Strategic and creative thinker, able to design and implement innovative campaigns that align corporate objectives with Leuchie’s mission.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of tailoring messages to different audiences.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities while maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

• Highly organised and proactive, with strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and deliver on ambitious targets.

• Data-literate and digitally competent, able to use CRM systems and analytics to inform strategy, track progress, and report on outcomes.
